Our goal at allneedsshopstop.com is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or certain health supplements).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Intangible digital goods (e.g., downloadable software, e-books).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items (marked as “final sale”).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@allneedsshopstop.com with your order number and a reason for the return.
  2. Receive Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and mail it to the address we provide. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@allneedsshopstop.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@allneedsshopstop.com.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@allneedsshopstop.com. Please provide a photo of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
